A brand new element of the Breath of Bliss Facilitator Training is BREATHFEST- an all day free festival for the community facilitated by our program graduates. After a long day with three breathwork ceremonies, we had Bosko Durdic close out the event with this lightly guided movement practice.

At the recent Level 2 Breath of Bliss Group Facilitator Training we had a bonus initiation day near the Equinox. In it we shared specialized training in the use of plant medicine - cacao - explored in communion with breathwork, ceremony, visualizations and ecstatic dance.

Trainees handed off the microphone, co-leading a heaven-to-Earth movement practice, inviting each other into deeper breath and embodiment. 

Collaborative facilitation helped anchor the unity consciousness of the celestial energies coming in...

The Equinox is powerful day when the equator of the Earth is in alignment with the center of the Sun. Solar codes of awakening stream information through LIGHT which can provoke cellular awakening of solar cosmic Christed consciousness.

The sun, as a template, teaches us how to wake up as divine suns of Source.

This was the first year that our Level 2 Breath of Bliss facilitators in training came together to produce a FREE all day breathwork mini-festival for the local community. 

The whole focus was SERVICE. Initiates were encouraged to generate a powerful prayer field to entrain all those attending in a safe and loving space of divinity.

Last week, I attended an event where the facilitator didn't do any of the things I teach about as essentials. So I felt compelled to share some golden nuggets to support you as you step forward as a leader, ceremonialist and authentic inspiration for others.

Tears of awe were rolled down my face. All the hairs on my arms stood up.

I was watching the thirteen 2018 Breath of Bliss Level 2 Group Facilitator initiates rise into leadership. Each was about to guide the lying-down breathwork for the first time ever.

The instructions? Lie down, open your mouth and breath as on a regular breathwork journey.

Sometime between now and 50 minutes from now, you will be tapped on the shoulder. When it happens, stand, put on the mic and lead the group in connected breath for 4 minutes.

Most had never touched a headset microphone. None of them knew what the music would do next. All they had to do was breathe and circulate presence.

I tapped each one's shoulder when it was time.

Helping them stand was like midwifing newborns with wobbly legs.

Some had eyes that looked through me as they stood, shapeshifting into timeless mystics.  They spoke as timeless oracles, anchored to Spirit. Breathing deep.

Some had nervous eyes and shaking...

The Great Mystery is a holy place.

It’s a womb.

Welcome to the great nothing.

Melt here. Rest. Surrender.

There is...

Nothing to become.
Nothing to do.
Nothing to prove.
Nothing to control.
Nothing to achieve.
Nothing to understand.
Nothing to arrive to.

Heartburst! We just completed the Level 1 Self Love Journey on the Crystal Island, Koh Phangan!

What was once a “breathwork training intensive” has now shape-shifted into 6 days of sacred breath ceremonies in a sky temple with participants showing up as initiates into the Great Mystery. 

We had a wide variety of participants, both men and women, from England, Spain, Denmark, Slovakia, Germany, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Venezuela, China, the United States, Canada, Australia. They had many backgrounds: yogis, social media marketers, life coaches, psychotherapists, artists, tantrikas, entrepreneurs, shamanic practitioners, a nurse, a school administrator, and more. 

Initiates were welcomed as breath mystics, oracles, seers. Together we entered sacred communion with the element of air to discover infinity in the miracle of now, feel everything and unremember everything that wasn’t true.
